My friend and I did some cheese making yesterday. We made 5 different kinds of cheese. Manchego, Queso, Blanc, Farmer Cheese, Mazarella, and Burrata cheese. we are still aging one of the cheeses. but the others are so yummy. My favorite is the Farmer Cheese.
This is when we heated the milk.

Gently squeeze the cheesecloth to press out as much as the whey as we can.

This is the Farmers Cheese it has chives in it.
